BBJ’s Engineering Services business unit targets large buildings and complexes not generally serviced by the small and medium sized contractors who represent BBJ’s cleaning product business.  The mission of this division is the enhancement of indoor environmental quality, the significant reduction of energy consumption by HVAC systems, and the modernization of building mechanical systems.

BBJ Engineering Services has experience or ongoing projects in New York City, in Las Vegas, in Daytona Beach, FL and in the Washington DC area with the National Institutes of Health, with The Smithsonian, with Veterans Administration hospitals, and with commercial office buildings and universities.

The Engineering Services division utilizes the talents of BBJ personnel and several extremely well qualified and experienced associated contractors, thus creating a unique capability.
