With the appointment of Mr. Arnett, BBJ gains the expertise of Mr. Arnett's marketing and technical skills in the HVAC industry. Mr. Arnett is replacing Rebecca Walter, who has served the Board faithfully over the past eighteen months but has resigned in order to pursue other business opportunities.
