:: BBJ PRESS RELEASES

BBJ Environmental Solutions New Marketing Plan Is Underway and Making Great Progress

Tampa, November 12, 2001

BBJ Environmental Technologies today announced operating results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2001. The Company reported revenues from product sales of $106,374, compared to $93,245 for the three months ended September 30, 2000. Total operating expenses increased to $376,122 for the three months ended September 30, 2001, from $358,261 for the three months ended September 30, 2000. The increases were due primarily to costs associated with the development of product literature, creation of advertising and promotional materials, consulting services and marketing and public relation expenses.

"The Company has entered into a new period of rapid growth. We envision a further ramp-up of activities related to market expansion and anticipated product launches," noted Jerry Schinella, President of BBJ Environmental Solutions. "The relatively modest increase in revenue of 14% during the 3rd quarter followed by a 29% increase in revenue for the month of October is evidence that the Company's marketing plan is working. In June 2001, BBJ hired a Director of Sales to initiate a change in the Company's sales and marketing strategy to develop relationships with manufacturer's representatives to expand product distribution and promotion through HVAC/R wholesalers versus direct selling. In the first six months of the year, BBJ did not have any manufacturing representatives marketing our product line. Over the past three months, eight manufacturing reps have taken on the BBJ line, covering 24 states; and the Company has added six employees to our sales force to help support our manufacturing representatives to sell and educate the need for preventative maintenance in HVAC/R systems. In addition, recent concerns over bio-terrorism and anthrax has generated numerous calls from hospitals and universities and has increased the public's awareness of the importance of maintaining clean heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in order to not only improve indoor air quality but to prevent the systems from becoming a breeding ground for bacteria, mold and fungi to germinate and grow."

Mike Nole, Director of Sales added, "BBJ has clearly made significant inroads in getting BBJ's product line in front of both residential and commercial customers. BBJ continues to gain name recognition in the industry and the Company is very excited about its future. As we head into 2002, I anticipate that BBJ will require 16 manufacturing representatives, with strong existing relations with the top distributors/wholesalers, to properly cover the entire United States. With each rep organization typically having 4 to 5 sales people covering their specific territory, when fully developed, BBJ will have approximately 80 sales people marketing the BBJ product line and the sales rep agreement BBJ offers is very attractive and should help drive the sales effort. In addition, I am adding several business development managers to further develop key commercial industries like food, hospitality, healthcare and government. The Company also expects to introduce several new products, product packaging and HVAC equipment in the coming months, which will add to our revenue base."
