DESCRIPTION

BBJ Mold Control for Floors and Walls is an antimicrobial treatment that controls and inhibits the growth of microorganisms – such as gram positive and gram negative bacteria, and mold – on floors and walls. Damp musty odors caused by microbial contamination from excessive moisture, high levels of humidity, and flood and water damage is a serious problem in many living and working environments. Unsightly black mold streaks on walls and floors are all too often en-countered in all types of buildings today. Microorganisms are everywhere causing odors, damaging surfaces and secreting toxic byproducts to living and working areas. BBJ Mold Control for Floors and Walls is specially formulated not only to control the growth of microorganisms on floors and walls, but its residual effect inhibits the re-growth of microbes for months. It controls contaminants that often cause poor Indoor Air Quality (“IAQ”) and "sick building syndrome."

FUNCTION

The proper use of BBJ Mold Control for Floors and Walls controls and inhibits known biological pollutants that promote poor IAQ. Floors and walls damaged by excessive moisture, high levels of humidity, or water leaks and floods are a source for microbial contamination that may degrade a facility's IAQ. Controlling this contamination is essential to maintaining the quality of air inside buildings and reducing further damage to surfaces and objects as well as occupants.

Simply treat contaminated surfaces with BBJ Mold Control for Floors and Walls to control and inhibit microbial growth and reduces musty and foul odors, staining and discoloration.

DIRECTIONS

BBJ Mold Control for Floors and Walls is a ready to use formulation.
It is easily applied with the use of a compressed air sprayer, brush, roller or fogging device. Thoroughly saturate all areas to be treated. Depending on surface texture and absorbency, coverage ranges from five hundred to one thousand square feet per gallon of diluted solution. Do not rinse off and allow to dry. If surfaces are visibly dirty, clean first with BBJ Mold and Mildew Remover™. There is no need to evacuate the premises during application. Read label directions be-fore using product.
