DESCRIPTION
Power Coil Clean, with BBJ Enviro-Gard, is a non-caustic, non-corrosive heavy duty coil cleaner that safely cleans and deodorizes evaporator coils, condenser coils, heating coils, window units, air filters, blowers, and other dirty HVAC/R components without damaging metal surfaces. BBJ Enviro-Gard is an encapsulation control agent that regulates the proven cleaning power of ammonium bifluoride without damaging metal surfaces or generating harmful byproducts. This revolutionary patented technology allows Power Coil Clean to clean like an acid, but without damaging the equipment.
APPLICATION
Power Coil Clean removes stubborn dirt and other deposits on HVAC/R coils. This buildup on coils causes reduced system efficiency as it interferes with the heat transfer process of the HVAC/R unit. With its special fast, penetrating action Power Coil Clean gets to hard to reach places by cutting through the toughest dirt and grime. Although it leaves coils clean and shiny, its patented formula is safe and non-corrosive on all metals, including aluminum, copper and iron. Power Coil Clean also will not stain or bleach materials or fabrics.
Many acid and alkaline cleaners on the market today clean in part by causing a chemical reaction between the cleaner and the metal that destroys the surface of the metal. This type of chemical reaction damages coils causing system inefficiency and failure. Tests have shown that up to 90 percent of the weight of aluminum coil stock is lost by soaking in these types of cleaners for as little as four hours. Power Coil Clean has the same powerful cleaning action, but without the damaging effects of these cleaners.
Power Coil Clean removes built-up dirt and grime from coils resulting in improved system efficiency, reduced power consumption, and increased system life. Dirty coils or coils damaged by harsh cleaners cause many HVAC/R systems to fail.
To maintain HVAC/R systems at top-peak performance, visually inspect cooling coils every three months. Upon inspection, if coils appear dirty they should be cleaned immediately, but no less than once a year.

DIRECTIONS
Read label directions carefully before using product.
- Mix 1 part Power Coil Clean to 3 parts tap water.
- Shut system off and thoroughly saturate coils from the bottom up using sufficient pressure to penetrate to full fin depth.
- Wait 3 to 5 minutes and rinse with tap water.
SAFETY DATA
Keep Out of Reach of Children. Contains ammonium bifluoride. Avoid eye contact. In case of accidental contact, flush with water. If irritation persists, contact a physician. Do not take internally.
