Problem

Black particles coming from duct work as a result of mold

Solution

The HVAC System may be contaminated with mold and mildew if there are black particles coming out of your ductwork. Inspect HVAC system and if mold is discovered mechanically clean entire duct system. Clean air handler with Power Coil Clean. Then treat entire system with Maintain C-1 for HVAC to inhibit future mold growth.
