Preventative Maintenance

HVAC Systems should be visibly inspected every six months. Inspections are often done before the beginning of the heating and cooling season. If the evaporator coil, drain pan, and blower wheel appear dirty they should be cleaned with Power Coil Clean. All components of the air handler should then be treated with Maintain C-1 for HVAC System. This treatment will prevent microbial growth from occurring which is the main cause for systems becoming contaminated.
