BBJ’s industry leading Indoor Air Quality solutions and products are available to our federal customers through schedule 73 (contract #GS-07F-5777P, listed under BBJ Environmental, Inc.) BBJ is dedicated to providing solutions that enhance public health and safety through the control of microbial growth. We do this without compromising the safety of the customers, users, or indoor environments. BBJ provides a cleaner, healthier safer indoor work environment for Government Agencies, Military Installations, Healthcare Organizations as well as government contractors.

BBJ’s GSA schedule allows its customers an opportunity to purchase products and determine the scope of the project to encompass the professional services necessary to address a turn-key IAQ solution. Most of the products and services described here are available through this contracting vehicle.

The GSA Schedule has simplified the government procurement process for products and ancillary services with new guidelines aimed at reducing the amount of paperwork and time it takes to complete your project. BBJ has established blanket purchase agreements (BPA) with some of our customers to simplify and provide higher value in the purchasing process. These BPAs provide our customers with many advantages including:

• Reducing administrative effort and paperwork
• Obtaining a better value by leveraging volume purchasing
• Streamlining the ordering procedure
• Allows for quicker turnaround on awards

Once a BPA has been established with BBJ, task or delivery orders can be placed with us without further competition. The process to setup a BPA will save your organization time and money while making purchasing quicker and easier. As the buying member, you need to:

• Define your agency’s requirements
• Estimate your quantities and delivery requirements
• Follow FAR 8.4 ordering procedure
